He is talking about MAMEUI (or MAMEUIFX, which used to be MAME32) you go to Options > Default game Options > and then it could be under advanced, or under display.... look around for it in here. My youtube live stream last Monday showed how to do this. Click on the youtube link up top to access the channel.

I am indeed. In my case, MameUIFX, imo pretty much the best Mame fork out there.
