Re: It's OK to be a noob here.

Re: Metal Slug Help please?

Audit lets you check for any problems with a game file. One way is to go File>Audit all games. Or if you want to check a specific file right click it then Audit. That's how I found out I had a bad Neo Geo bios. So if you find a file has some errors you might need to hunt around for another one that ...

Re: Metal Slug Help please?

I'm a newbie around here too, but here's what I know: 1. Neo Geo BIOS is a common element to all Neo Geo arcade games that the games need in order to boot up. To my dismay when I got it home it didn't seem to fully work. The buttons worked but seemed randomly placed. The joysti...

Re: Help Me Remember a Beat 'Em Up

It's OK now, I managed to find the game thanks to the excellent MAWS website. The game was Vendetta by Konami, 1991. :) It was so nostalgic playing it again. While I was wracking my brain trying to think of it another game got dragged up from the mists of misspent youth. At the same arcade at that t...

Help Me Remember a Beat 'Em Up [Solved]

Hi MameAddicts, I'm trying to find the name of a game that I used to play back in the heyday of arcade 2D scrolling beat-em-ups. The main detail I remember is that the first boss fought with a hand-held concrete cutting saw. I think this battle took place on the tray of a moving truck. The game had ...
