Design of the Perfect Arcade Cabinet

I designed my first Arcade Cabinet 20 years ago, during my student period in Delft. It was a quick and dirty solution using cheap material and everything that was lying around in the house. The cabinet looked like this:

Currently I am designing my 2nd Arcade Cabinet. It is supposed to be as perfect as I can get it. Since it is work in progress I can only show the 3D render that I made. It looks as follows:

As you can see I am still working on the color schemes, the final layout and the retro patterns.

I am creating a full web blog about the entire project on my personal website that is found here:

and then select the Arcade option.

Currently I am busy with the repair of my Sony PVM 2730QM that I plan to use as the main display.
Of course any help is welcome...

For a quick and dirty solution, I'd say that looks awesome mate... I'll look forward to seeing the next one...
