So this thing can go in the PC and play ?? Cos I really wanna get none (many people wanna play Bubble-Bobble, Pacman etc with these rather than the keyboard here).
Yes, that's right. You just need one of these gadgets, a Playstation to USB converter. Let's you plug any wired Playstation controller into the PC, not just the arcade stick. But yeah, a real arcade stick is a must for MAME. Makes the games that suit this control method so much more fun to play.

Gee I wish I had some of these. I had 2 PS1 controllers and I was looking for USB adaptors (before they break down) and the result was: NOTHING. That makes sense since here in Greece we are a bit behind as far as the game technology is concerned.

Knowing the right people is a very good thing don't you think :hehe: ??? I, for example, haven't bought neither a PS2 nor a PS3, BUT my closest friend often invites me to his place for a 1-on-1 TEKKEN battle. That's not only because we grew up together but I also gave him half of my PS1 games (including the console) and some of my Pokemon versions. That is a BIG favor to return. Agree ??
That's for sure. He owes you many more good games of Tekken to come.

Alright, here again from my good mate is another special gift from the PS2 days, the Gran Turismo 4 Press Kit.

First is the box it comes in. Looks quite plain I know, but check the serial no. - number 9 of 4,000! Dude!!! :woot:

Open the lid and there is the game, press disc, calendar, and GT passport.

Under these is a high quality book all about the development of the game.

Then under that is the Official Press Kit Certification.

OK, now let's have a quick flick through that awesome book.

No worries, Nos, there is nothing for sale here. I've learned my lesson enough times in the past. For example, I once traded-in all my Mega Drive stuff to get onto the SNES when it came out. Eventually got so nostalgic for my old Streets of Rage games, Shinobi, etc. that I ended up buying another Sega anyway. D'oh! What a fool I used to be. Patience is definitely a virtue for us reminiscent types.

Vid I made for a mate on YouTube to show him my LB2 cart, then later realised it's relevant to this topic.

Here you can see a little "overview" of my actual gaming room:

While for a more detailed look (but just if u have a lot of time ^^) you can take a look here:

@Hiero: The Neo Geo Systems are just to awesome, make sure that they are always good protected ^^.

Would it be possible to find still the Metal Slug versions for the NGCD somehow? I would love to add them to my collection

Atarix, I feel that you may be able to start the first video game museum. Props to you for never selling, losing, or breaking that stuff.

I actually have PS2 marval vs. capcom 2 in mint condition, pretty rare here. Gamestop guys where going crazy over it. That is my prize.

Another rare is Star Wars chess. Sadly not found anywhere...even the rom is hard to find. I knew a guy that had the real game which we made a rom of to prevent playing the real thing.
