This thread is to help members personalize, edit, or tweak their GameEx front end.
This will be an ongoing thread with an index.

What is GameEx?
GameEx ties into windows media center and game emulators and puts them all into one easy customizable frontend. More info at http://www.gameex.net/

To personalize your loding screen follw the steps in order.

1.Go to ..../gameex/themes/your_theme.
2.Use you favorite editor like GIMP or Photoshop to open GameExIsLoading.png.
3.Rename the original to a different name like GameExIsLoading1.png
4.Now personalize your loading screen. If it is small, then keep the background black to keep it transparent.
5.Save as GameExIsLoading.png in the ..../gameex/themes/your_theme.
6.Start gameex to see your awesome now loading screen!

Ok now to customize the logo that shows just before gameex launches.

1.Go to ..../gameex/themes/your_theme.
2.Use you favorite editor like GIMP or Photoshop to open GameExLogo.png.
3.Rename the original to a different name like GameExLogo1.png
4.Now personalize your Logo. If it is small, then keep the background black to keep it transparent.
5.Save as GameExLogo.png in the ..../gameex/themes/your_theme.
6.Start gameex to see your awesome new logo!
