Thank you for welcoming me to the forum. I've been been thinking about building a MAME cabinet for awhile now. I might just make a miniature one that can be sat on a table, since I still live in my parent's house(I'm home schooled, and a bit behind academically  ), and there's not enough room left in my parent's house to build an average size MAME cabinet. Anyhow, thank you for welcoming me to the forum.

Been into emulation since discovering I could play my favorite console games on PC. Then much later, finally got into MAME.
Eventually, I would like to get around to building a cabinet; something between a PC desktop and a standup cabinet.
For now, getting ideas for the design, to fit a 32" screen. The "plan" is in my head, just have to get basic cabinet designs & alter it.
The idea is to have a sit down arcade cabinet, semi enclosed.

Thank you, much appreciated. Now, back to reference mode (OCD about finding games for people...)

Yeah, that's the type of cabinet I'll be building with my Dad(I found out later on that's what the term was). We're going to take our time with it to make sure it all turns out right. Anyhow, it's good to see there's more members registering on the forum. I think this is an awesome community.

Long time lurker here. Been gradually going through lots of posts getting inspiration. Hoping to eventually build a bartop from a broken laptop but been too busy tinkering with mame for the last 2 years to even play any games. Have built a control panel which also just sits in the garage being sanded down or redone completely. Will post some piccies soon.

G'day irfdude :hello:

Nice to hear from new members. Bartops seem to be all the rage these days so feel free to post your pics in the Cabs forum.
